If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!  If you have changed your mind on a product you have purchased, we will accept the return if notified withing 7 days of delivery.  This condition is only valid if the product returns in the original packaging without any damage, changes or defects to product. Shipping/return/exchanges are at the buyers expense.  A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges.  In order to initiate a return or exchange please complete this form Return/exchange form and send it to fluidcohydraulicsonline@gmail.com

All products we sell come with a 3 month manufacturing warranty.  If your product is defective, you will receive a full refund provided (if a replacement is not desired by buyer) the product is returned to us.  We will cover the shipping cost on replacement product, after a full assessment of product returned.  Returning of defective products will be the buyers responsibility.
