Delivery Policy

Shipping:

Unless other wise requested by the buyer, products will be shipped via The Courier Guy, handling and packaging charges prepaid and added to the invoice. All Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on item size and location. For larger items, we will work with you/the client to organize transportation that suits your requirements. We only ship within South Africa however if you are in another country you are welcome to send your own courier as we have an export number. Once parcels are collected by The Courier Guy we do not hold responsibility for the item/s shipped.

Shipping Insurance:

Insurance up to R1000 is included with shipping by Courier.  Additional insurance is available at 2% of declared value above R1000 cover.  Additional insurance must be requested by buyer in order for us to request the amount from our courier service to add to your invoice.

Collections

If you select the Courier option:

We use The Courier Guy to deliver your parcel to all major City’s and towns within South Africa.

You will receive a waybill notification once you have checked out and made payment.

Local deliveries are next day within the Cape Town – Western Cape area.

National deliveries are between 3-4 days depending on where you are located.

If you select the Local pickup option:

You will need to select if you are collection yourself or sending a courier yourself.

We need for you or your courier service to provide your Ref number which is indicated on your Invoice upon collection.

You will receive a Invoice once payment is confirmed and the order has been picked and packed. The invoice will be a notification that you can now come collect or send your courier service.

If the Ref nr which is on the invoice is not provided on collection we will not release the order.
